We encourage the children to develop close and caring links with all of our staff at nursery. To provide continuity and reassurance for your family’s journey with us your child we allocate your child a Key Person. This Key person oversees the development of key children to ensure children make outstanding progress right from the start, ensure your child’s care needs are being catered for and be in the position to share information with you about your child’s experiences in nursery.
